Location Mapping for Outbound Caller ID

Let's see how to create, edit, and delete Location Mapping.

Create Location Mapping

1. Navigate to Configuration > Caller ID > Location Mapping.

2. Click the Create Location Mapping button.

3. A window will pop up. Enter the required details.

• Select a Location Name from the dropdown list.
• Choose a Caller ID Type (Phone Number or Verified Number).
• Select a Caller ID from the available options.

4. Click Create to save the mapping.

Edit Location Mapping

1. Click the Edit option on the intended location mapping.

2. Make the required changes and click Save.

Tip: After updating, always make a test call to your own mobile phone to ensure the new ID displays correctly!

Delete Location Mapping

• Choose the Caller ID to delete. Then click Delete.
