Set Up Location Mapping for Caller ID

Configure Location Mapping to assign phone numbers and users to specific locations, ensuring calls and messages are routed to the appropriate team.

Create Location Mapping

1. Navigate to Configuration > Caller ID > Location Mapping.

2. Click Create Location Mapping.

3. Specify the following details in the Location Mapping window.

  • Location Name: Select a location name from the dropdown list.
  • Caller ID Type: Choose a Phone Number or Verified Number.
  • Caller ID: Select a Caller ID from the available options.

4. Click Create.

Edit Location Mapping

1. Click Edit on the intended location mapping.

2. Make the required changes and click Save.

Tip: After updating, always make a test call to your own mobile phone to ensure the new ID displays correctly.

Delete Location Mapping

Choose the Location Mapping to delete. Then click Delete.
