Accessing Notification Settings

1. Log in to the VoiceStack Agent App.

2. Navigate to Profile Icon > Settings.

3. Navigate to General Settings > App Notification.

Managing Notifications

• On the App Notification screen, use the toggle switches to enable or disable each notification type as needed.

  

Publishing your Changes

• Click the Publish button, once your desired notifications are selected. Your notification preferences will be saved and applied.
