Whether you are ending your shift or stepping away from your workstation, following the correct steps to quit the application helps maintain accurate system reporting and prevents missed calls or incomplete tasks.
Knowing how to exit the application correctly ensures that your status is updated, active sessions are closed securely, and no ongoing activities are disrupted.
The following steps outline how to securely exit the Agent Application.
- Open the hidden icons section from the system tray on your computer.
2. Click the arrow, locate the application icon that appears.
3. Right-click on the icon to proceed.
4. Click on Quit.
Use Cases
1. End of Shift
Agents can quit the application at the end of their workday to ensure their status is updated and no calls are routed to them after logging off.
2. System Maintenance or Restart
When restarting the computer or installing updates, quitting the application properly prevents session errors or data loss.
