Let's learn how to create and manage Agent Mapping.
Create a New Agent Mapping
1. Navigate to Configuration > Caller ID > Agent Mapping.
The Agent Mapping screen displays a list of all the mapped agents. You can narrow down the search using the filters.
2. Click Create Agent Mapping.
3. Specify the following details:
- Agent Name: Select the agent from the drop-down list.
- Caller ID Type: Choose the caller ID type.
- Caller ID: Select the appropriate caller ID.
4. Click Create to save the mapping.
Manage Agent Mapping
Under the Action column:
- Hover over the Caller ID and click Edit to modify an agent mapping.
- To remove an agent mapping, click Delete.
