Let's learn about AI usage and its functionalities.
Set Up your AI Usage
1. Navigate to Configuration > General Settings > AI Usage.
You can set up AI usage limits in multiple ways according to your requirements.
1. Monthly AI Usage Limits
a. Enable Unlimited AI Usage
Toggle this ON if you want unrestricted AI usage for the month.

Turn it OFF to activate custom limits.
| Note: When unlimited mode is ON, the limit field becomes inactive. |
b. Monthly customised AI Usage Limit
If you require a custom monthly AI usage limit, you can configure it by setting the time limit (in minutes) here.
2. AI Call Tracking Options
You can enable or restrict AI for:
a. Phone Numbers
Select specific numbers from a dropdown.
OR use Enable All to activate AI everywhere.
b. Phone Trees
Great for controlling automation within key workflows.
Also includes Enable All.
c. Extensions
Control AI access at a staff level.
Includes Enable All for organization-wide usage.
2. After making changes, click Publish. This applies your settings across the entire system.
Track and Understand Your AI Usage
What You Can See:
a. Period Filter
Switch between months to view historical usage.
b. Total Active Locations
Shows how many locations are currently using AI.
c. Total AI Usage Across All Locations
Displays the overall consumption in minutes—e.g., 489.68 mins.
d. Search Bar
Quickly search for any location by name.
e. Usage Table
Each row reveals:
Location Name
Total AI minutes used
f. Pagination Controls
Scroll through usage across all your locations.
This gives you a more detailed location-wise breakdown.
