Configure the Caller ID Prefix to ensure outgoing calls display a consistent and recognizable caller ID, regardless of the location or device used to place the call.
Create New Caller ID Prefix
1. Navigate to Configuration > Caller ID > Caller ID Prefix.
The Caller ID Prefix screen displays a list of all registered caller IDs. You can narrow down the search using the search option.
2. Click Create Prefix.
3. Specify the following Caller ID Prefix details:
- Caller ID Prefix: You can set it as a two-digit number.
- Caller ID Type: It is set as Phone Number by default. You can also choose the Verified Number option.
- Caller ID: Select the phone number from the drop-down list.
4. Click Create Prefix to save.
Remove an Existing Caller ID Prefix
1. Locate the Caller ID Prefix to be deleted and click Delete.
2. Click Delete on the confirmation pop-up.
