Learn how to create new workflows and manage them effectively.
Create a New Workflow Rule
1. Navigate to Configuration > Automation > Workflow Rules.
- The Workflow Rules screen displays a list of all Workflow Rules created where you can Search Rules created and also Filter by Location.
2. Click Create Rule.
- This opens the Workflow Rule creation screen.
2. In the displayed screen, enter the following Rules and Conditions.
A. Rules
- Rule Name: Enter a unique name based on the workflow you need to create.
- Workflow Module: Select the applicable module (example: Call History).
- Locations: (Mandatory)Choose the locations where the rule applies.
- Virtual Number: Assign a virtual number.
B. Conditions
- Condition Name: Select the event trigger.
- Condition Operator: Define logical conditions (example: Equals, Contains).
- Condition Value: Choose the required value.
- Add More Conditions: Click to set multiple conditions if needed.
C. Define Actions
- Action: Select the type of action (example: Send SMS, Make a Call).
- SMS Content: If SMS is selected, enter the message text.
D. Publish the Rule
- Click the Publish button to save and activate the workflow rule.
Update an Existing Workflow Rule
1. Locate the required Rule Name that needs to be edited.
2. Click Edit Flow.
3. Click Publish after confirming the changes.
Delete a Workflow Rule
1. Locate the Rule Name that needs to be deleted.
2. Click Delete Flow and click Confirm on the confirmation screen.
