The Practice FAQ in the VoiceStack Admin App allows practices to create and manage FAQs for staff use and automated responses, ensuring consistent and accurate patient communication. Let's check out how to add practice FAQs.
Add a Section
1. Navigate to Configuration > General > Practice FAQ.
2. Select Location: Choose the relevant practice location from the top-left of the screen to add FAQs.

3. Click the + Section option to add a new section.
3. Each section has a Section Heading where users can enter the title or category name (e.g., "Insurance Information" or "Payments & Insurance").

Use the drop-down to select the content type for the FAQ item. Options include:

| 2. Heading | The question or title for the item (e.g., "Do you accept insurance?"). |
| 3. Text | The answer or description for the item (e.g., "Yes, we accept all major insurance plans. Please contact us for details."). Format the text using bold, italics, and underline. |
- Each section can contain one or more items, which are the actual FAQ entries.
- Users can click + Add More Text to add additional items within the same section.
Preview and Publish the FAQs
- The Preview pane displays a real-time preview of how the FAQ content appears once published. This helps to| review the layout and content before publishing.
- After creating or editing the FAQ content, click the Publish button.
View the Published FAQs
1. In the Agent App, navigate to Activity and click any call to open Patient 360.
2. In the Patient 360 slide-out, click the Back button.
3. Click Practice FAQ on the right side of the screen.

Additional Options in Practice FAQs
- Drag and Drop: Use the drag and drop to move sections and items based on your preference for better content organization and management.
- Delete: Click the delete icon to remove an unnecessary section.
